2 euro coin dedicated to the Charlottenburg Castle in Berlin, Brilliant Uncirculated.
The Charlottenburg Castle is the greatest ancient building in Berlin still undamaged after World War II.
The building was commissioned by Sophie Charlotte, wife of Frederick III of Brandenburg.
It was built between 1695 and 1699 from Arnold Nering, using the Italian Baroque style.
In this castle was set up the famous “Amber Room”, known as the eighth Wonder of the World.
