Apollo 11 was the space mission that brought men to the moon for the first time on July 20, 1969.
Neil Armstrong was the first to set foot on lunar soil and spent two and a half hours out of the spacecraft. The mission, which began on 16 July, ended on 24 July with the landing in the Pacific Ocean.
The obverse depicts the Earth Globe and the Moon in color and, in the background, the network of space-time. Instead in the reverse there is the imprint left by the astronaut Armstrong on the lunar soil, with the colored Earth rising on the horizon.
